A Southwest Florida native, Andrew has discovered that he loves helping people meet their real estate goals in our wonderful slice of paradise! An avid outdoorsman, Andrew loves boating, fishing, spending time on the beach, and most recently he began training for and participating in marathons.
He met his fiance, Hope, at Southwest Florida Christian Academy, and they went on to attend Southeastern University together. We’re all looking forward to a wedding sometime in the near future!
Andrew began his real estate career working in an administrative capacity in our office for almost two years before getting his license in 2009. Susan Ledbetter, Licensed Agent - Buyer Specialist Email: sueledbetter@gmail.com |
Susan is our resident “Superstar”! As radio personality “Vanna in the Van” at Y106.7 in Atlanta, Susan previously enjoyed a fun-filled career that allowed her to meet many wonderful people over the years – entertainers and listeners alike!
As a Buyer Specialist, Susan’s strength is in helping her clients feel comfortable with taking their time to search for their dream home. Comfortable in expressing the truth in what they are feeling, and comfortable in the knowledge that she has the ability to guide them in the decision making process once they select a home to purchase.
Because of this, the majority of Susan’s business originates from repeat and referral clients, a true testament to her desire to make sure her clients are truly happy with all aspects of their purchase.
As the mother of three very busy boys, and wife to Darrell, Susan’s family time is spent on the beach, out fishing, and very, very frequently on a baseball field somewhere in Lee County. |

Paul Puglisi, Licensed Agent - Contracts Manager |
Paul negotiates and processes all offers that come into our office, ensures deadlines are met, negotiates inspection items, and follows up with our clients until their transaction closes.
After a very rewarding 22-year career as a band director/music educator with the Concord, MA public school system, Paul retired from teaching and brought his talents to the real estate industry and The Darda Group. As a former educator, Paul is uniquely trained to help our clients understand their options in negotiating the terms of a sale. As he did with his students, he is very adept at offering multiple ways to look at an item that is under consideration and giving our clients choices, allowing them to make decisions that work best for them. His methods have allowed him to successfully negotiate over 2,700 contracts in his fourteen years with the team.
A gentleman with many interests, Paul enjoys music (of course), cooking, gardening, studying new home construction and design, and spending time with his wonderful wife, Mil, and their two sons, Jared and Ben. |

Marcy Puleio, Licensed Agent - Office/REO Division Manager |
Marcy came to us in 1998 after spending eight years working for a commercial broker in Fort Myers. Her previous real estate experience managing the office and multiple residential and commercial properties has proven invaluable in her current role where she is working with foreclosed properties and the banks that service them.
This position requires the use of many of Marcy’s previously acquired skills including researching comparable property values, discovering and remedying title issues before the property hits the market, and coordinating repairs. Through all of those tasks, her primary focus is on delivering to the bank a true picture of condition of the home and it’s resulting value so as to accurately display it in the marketplace with the intent of attracting the largest number of qualified buyers.
A resident of Southwest Florida since 1978, Marcy has had the pleasure of growing up in our community as it has grown. Both she and her husband Roy are Cape Coral High School alumni, and they and their son, Devin, enjoy spending a great deal of time with their friends and extended family. |

BenPuglisi, Listing Manager |
Ben has recently joined our team after working as an independent agent for the last two years. His focus was in helping his investor clients buy distressed properties, rehabilitate them and either resell them, or keep them and rent them out. His experience in the field lends itself very well to his current position, as he knows what agents are looking for when searching the MLS for their buyers.
Ben is our Seller’s primary point of contact relating to how their listing appears to the marketplace, as he enters and maintains all listings in the MLS systems, works directly with other agents to answer their questions about Mike’s listings, answers the phones and provides customer service. He works very hard to keep our listings current so that they are portrayed in their best possible light. This allows Mike and his sales staff to remain focused on finding buyers for your home rather than administrative tasks, so don’t hesitate to call him with any questions or changes that you may have.
Ben’s time off is often spent kayaking or enjoying other outdoor activities. He has been an avid bowler since a very young age, and music has always been a part of his life and he plans on going to school for music recording and production. |

Abby Stiller, Listing Assistant |
Abby is proof positive that Southwest Florida is paradise, as she came to us all the way from Nicaragua! She worked previously as an independent agent before Mike hired her in 2009 to work as his assistant researching property values and market trends.
She’s been a wonderful addition to the team with a sunny disposition, the intellect that a graduate of the Central American University should have, and probably most importantly, Abby possesses a great desire to do her job very well. Having Abby on the team has been invaluable in so many ways administratively, but she has also afforded The Darda Group a great service by opening up the opportunity for all of us to communicate more effectively with Spanish speaking clients. It is with pride that we can now say that a language barrier does not hamper those customers ability to achieve their real estate goals.
Abby and her husband, Bernie, love to travel, try different cuisine, play chess and spend time with family and friends. |
|
Cody Martindale, Field Coordinator |
Cody takes our marketing photos, places signs and installs keysafes. With photography as one of his hobbies, Cody was a natural choice for this role on our team.
A Florida native, and a recent graduate of Ida Baker High School, Cody is preparing to enter college for Radiology or Nursing, and as is typical of most of our team, finds himself enjoying the outdoors by spending time on the beach, fishing or just hanging out with friends and family. |

Relocation >Enhancing Your Home
A moderate climate can help your home sell, but wherever you live, you can enhance your home's hidden potential by bringing the outside into your home. Minor remodeling projects can be tailored to suit your taste and your budget.
Study the placement of your home on the property. A small window can be made larger to let more light into a room and expand the view. You can create an entertainment area for guests by installing a sliding glass door which opens onto your garden or adding a patio or deck. The addition of a skylight in a dark room can make a dramatic improvement.
You can also consider ways to enhance the outdoor features of your home and integrate them into the living space of your home. Such improvements can often greatly increase the value of your property.
