Long Island native Raymond Diaz is thrilled to be a Floridian since 2019. He is happy to share his knowledge about the area and the market to make sure that people find a home that is right for them and within their budget. He is also adept at analysis and enjoys finding properties for investors to create revenue streams with positive cash flow and an appreciating real estate asset.  He maintains a part time teaching job at Florida Gulf Coast University and enjoys putting his clients at ease by teaching them (step by step, if necessary) about the home buying process.  When not buying or selling real estate, Raymond and his wife enjoy movies, live theater, museums, fine dining, and fine wine.
