Mike talks a good game to get your listing but he doesn't deliver. He told me tells you he has a ton of existing customers to show my townhome during high season. Reality is in (6) Months he didn't show the house once. I don't even think he ever walked the property. He Makes his sales by getting a tone of listings and lets others close the sale. The people in Mike's office are the ones who hold your hand through the process. They make sure the t's are crossed and the I's are dotted and when I wasn't sure about something they were right there to explain. Andrew Darda did a great job of listing my house and getting attention to it. In 23 hours after listing the house I had a full offer contract for the house, that successfully closed ahead of the set closing date. The year before I had it listed for 9 months with another Realty company, the house received a lot of showings but took almost 4 months to get my 1st contract that didn't end up closing, after that I had 4 more contracts in 5 months with the same results. In the end I ended up renting the house for a year, during the year Andrew would call every 3 or 4 months to see how things were going and see if there was anything he could do for me. Having purchased our home in 2009, using an agent of the Darda Group, We decided to use the Darda Group to be our selling agency. We selected Andrew Darda to represent us and present our home on the market in early December of 2013. The company sent out a photographer to take interior and exterior pictures almost immediately that same afternoon. The listing was placed online very quickly, and received two showings the very first day. The second day of the listing produced another showing which resulted in an initial offer to purchase. There were a total of two offers and two counter offers before a contract was agreed upon.
